I used this resource to go with the school text we have on Ancient Civilizations. It was perfect to use for the Mayan chapters. It was a nice to take a break from the reading and actually have a hands on moment with glyphs. It really hit home with the students that there are many different ways to communicate and ancient people were really on top of things in their time.
