Dare to Dream: Tpt Seller Challenge week 2

When I first put a product on Teacherspayteachers, it was on a lark. I thought "hey, my students loved these lessons. Maybe another teacher will use it, too." Five months later with some encouragement from fellow sellers (special thanks to history gal and glitter meets glue), positive feedback from my buyers,  and over 100 new products, I am now daring to dream of what tpt could mean to my future.

So if things go well I hope to (in no particular order):

  • Travel the world. This past year I got a taste of working and traveling abroad. It was amazing and definitely I would love tpt sales to fund more long term travel experiences with my family. The travel experience cannot be matched.

  • Buy a Tesla for my hubby - my husband supported me while I was getting my phd. I'd love to repay him by getting him a Tesla(fortunately they are supposed to be releasing a $35k model in the next few years, much more achievable than the current $100k price tag).

  • Get Published - I've been working on two books ( a children's novel and an education policy nonfiction). I'd love to make enough to self-publish these two books. It would be amazing if my tpt store provided the funds for this dream.

  • Fund a nonprofit - Finally, I am deeply passionate about equity in education. Some day, maybe, I will have the funds to launch a education policy advocacy group.

So there it is... learn about other sellers'  dreams in the TPTSeller Challenge Linkup.

How fun it is to dare to dream, no matter what the future brings.

  4. Oh my gosh, when I saw your post about buying your hubby a Tesla I just had to comment. My husband has been dying for a Tesla, he has a Prius now and its just not the same. Anyway, love your goals, and I really hope you reach and every one of them.

    1. Haha. We live in "Tesla" country and have friends who work there, so I am sure a Tesla is in my hubby's future (but it might be a distant future.)
